Oatmeal Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

The most delicious, soft & chewy gluten-free oatmeal cookie! The cookie itself is not too sweet but has the most amazing flavor with a hint of cinnamon! The sweetest comes from the dried cranberries (sub raisins or dried cherries) and the white chocolate chips (sub semi-sweet or dark chips) and is so perfect!

  • ½ cup butter or dairy-free butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1¼ cup gluten-free all purpose flour (we used GFJules - affiliate link)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (you could sub raisins or dried cherries, but dried cranberries are our preference)
  • ½ - ¾ cup white chocolate chips (sub semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips)
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter with brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add adds eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  4. In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to butter/ egg mixture, half at a time, mixing well each time.
  5. Add in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips and mix to just combine.
  6. Drop large rounded tablespoons onto the baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  7. Top with additional dried cranberries or chips if desired.
  8. Bake 9-10 minutes until just golden.
  9. Let cool and enjoy!
