  • ½ fresh or frozen banana (frozen makes it thicker)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice0
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch cloves
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (optional)
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • water to taste (optional to thin out smoothie according to preferences)
  1. Using a high speed blender, place all the ingredients in the blender according to the blender's specific instructions and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add water or almond milk if you want the smoothie to be less thick, and enjoy!
