Ingredients
  • 5 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • ½ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ finely chopped & seeded jalapeño
  • 2-3 tsp lime juice
Instructions
  1. Core and cut tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and let sit in a colander for 20 minutes to drain excess water.
  2. Mix with red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice.
