Dressed Up Apples
Dressed Up Apples are one of our favorite quick and easy snacks. Completely adaptable to individual tastes or mood, they are packed with nutrients and delicious.

  • Green or Red Apples, sliced about ¼ inch thick
  • Any Nut or Seed Butter (we used Sun Butter here but also love Barney Butter Almond Butter and any natural peanut butter or casher butter)

  • Chocolate chips (we used Enjoy Life Foods Mini Chips)
  • Walnuts
  • Gogi berries
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Raisins
  • Cranberries
  • Gluten-free granola
  • Honey or agave
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutella or other chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Tahini
  • Peanut Butter Chips
  1. Slice Apples
  2. Spread nut or seed butter over apples.
