  • ½ -3/4 cup Gluten-Free rolled oats
  • ½ cup-3/4 cup milk of choice (We prefer coconut milk (sweetened but not flavored) but almond, soy, reg milk all work fine)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ - 1 apple, diced
  1. Place the oats in a small mason jar.
  2. Pour milk over oats until they are covered.
  3. Seal jar and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, place oats in a separate bowl or place toppings directly on oats in jar.... pour on maple syrup, top with apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix up and enjoy!
