I’m on the road again for another baseball tournament with my son and bringing all the snacks with me!

This trail mix adapted from Elana’s Pantry is a total win.  It takes literally minutes to assemble and is so yummy, no one knows it’s packed with so much goodness.  Perfect when I need a quick pick me up to power me through a long drive or added to my favorite yogurt to some crunch and flavor.  I also love that it’s nut-free as many of the kids on the sidelines have nut allergies.
