Recipe adapted from Elana’s Pantry
- ½ cup roasted and salted pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup roasted and salted sunflower seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped dried apricots
- ½ cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life Mini Chips)
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy!
- Store in a sealed container to keep fresh.
