Chickpeas are a favorite of my husband and mine!
We always have lots of canned chickpeas in our pantry as they are an easy, plant-based protein and they are so versatile, absorbing the flavor of whatever you cook them with.
If you follow my Instagram stories, you know that we both eat them in lunch salads regularly. My husband tosses a handful in his salad and mixes them with whatever dressing he’s using; while I love to saute them in olive oil and a little salt and add them warm to my lunch salads…
But there are so many ways to enjoy chickpeas!
And we so many people stocking their pantry with cans of chickpeas, I’ve received lots of requests for recipes… so decided to create a quick round up!
