Greek Salad Pizza on a Grilled Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Grilled Cali’Flour Foods Cauliflower Pizza Crust, topped with a freshly made Greek Salad — romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata olives and feta all tossed in a simple balsamic vinaigrette.

It’s the best of both worlds… grilled pizza and a fresh Greek salad!  And it’s so quick and easy to make using Cali’Flour Foods cauliflower pizza crust. Using an indoor grill pan, I grilled the already made pizza crust for 7 minutes minutes, then topped the pizza with the greek salad… that’s it! Quick, Easy, satisfying and so yummy!

Greek Salad Pizza on a Grilled Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Now you can have your salad and pizza too! A freshly made Greek Salad on a Grilled Cauliflower Pizza Crust. It took no more than 20 minutes to make, start to finish and is delicious and satisfying! Sponsored by Cali'flour Foods.

Ingredients

  • Cali'flour Foods Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Cucumbers diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced thin and cut into 1/2 pieces
  • 1/4 cup kalamata onions full or cut in half
  • 1/4 feta cheese

Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette (will make more than need for 1 one pizza, use for additional pizzas, or save in fridge and use for salads over the next few days)

  • ¼ c EVOO
  • 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • A pinch of garlic powder
  • sprinkle of sea salt.

Instructions

Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • Whisk all ingredients together, set aside.

Pizza

  • Spray an indoor grill pan with olive oil and over medium heat, grill the Cali'flour Foods pizza crust for 5 minutes. Flip and grill an additional 2-3 minutes, or until warm and golden brown, remove from heat. (If you don't have a grill pan, bake according to package instructions -- still great!)
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss romaine with dressing to taste.
  • Top grilled pizza with dressed romaine.
  • Using the same bowl the romaine was in, gently toss remaining salad toppings together.
  • Top romaine with veggie mix and drizzle additional balsamic vinaigrette
