- ½ cup Kalamata Olives
- ¼ cup capers (with their juice)
- Puree the together until a texture you like.
This salad from The Stand Juice Company is one of my favorites. I obsessed with the olive tapenade and always ask for a big scoop haha. It is packed with flavor and the perfect complement to the raw almond hummus, cream avocado, fresh tomatoes and mesclun.
