- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp canola or Vegan mayonnaise
- 1½ tsp Sriracha
So by now you know I love a good veggie burger especially in the Spring and Summer so this is The Mighty Meatless Burger, Take 4.
This Grillable Veggie Burger, recipe from The Minimalist Baker, is another good one. Hearty, flavorful, and totally satisfying… especially when served fully loaded with Ozuke citrus & ginger kraut, sprouts, tomato and a sriracha aioli.
And did I mention it’s GRILLABLE! I actually grilled it on the indoor grill pan because I was in the kitchen and found it easier but check out the grill marks below.
The burgers are made with brown rice, black beans, walnuts, onion, gluten-free panko bread crumbs (we used Aleias’s) and lots of spices including gluten-free, vegan BBQ sauce and are super easy to prep. We got five burgers and my husband and I both loved them…. the boys opted for beef burgers but I’ll keep trying to convince them otherwise!
The burgers are vegan and the sriracha mayo could easily be made vegan too.
