Friday night dinner goals! Portobello mushrooms, red pepper and broccolini, all stir-fried in a savory, sweet-spicy marinade. I made this bowl of deliciousness awhile back and am currently wishing someone would make it for me today. The portobellos were the best!
I’ve been knee-deep in all sorts of holiday prep all day so our dinner tonight will not be looking as nearly as pretty, but a girl can dream right?
