This RADICCHIO & ARUGULA Salad with DRIED FIGS, WALNUTS & PECORINO in a Honey Lemon Dressing has become our go to holiday salad!
Super simple and festive, we serve it at Thanksgiving and again for Christmas, because it short on ingredients but big on flavor and goes with everything!
Plus is is super pretty on a holiday table!
Plus it’s super easy to prep!
All you need is:
radicchio
arugula
walnuts
dried figs
grated pecorino
and a simple Honey-Lemon-Coriander dressing.
The dressing is made with just 5 ingredients…
lemon juice
honey
dried coriander
olive oil
and salt.
Together it is savory and unbelievably delicious!
It goes with just about any meal and is a fan favorite of so many of my friends.
Pro tip: We like to prep all the ingredients ahead of time but assemble just before serving.
Pro tip 2: We also like to serve it on a flat platter so you can see all the ingredients and it’s super pretty and inviting!

Ingredients
Dressing
2tablespoonslemon juice
1teaspoonhoney
1/2teaspoondried coriander
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/3cupolive oil
Salad
1medium head radicchio sliced in 1/4 inch thick ribbonsabout 6 cups
1 5ozcontainer arugulaapproximately 4 -5 cups
1cupwalnuts
3/4cupdried figsstemmed and sliced
1/2cupgrated pecorino
Instructions
Dressing
Whisk together lemon juice, honey, coriander, and salt in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil, Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Assemble Immediately before serving
Toss radicchio, arugula, and walnuts with two-thirds of dressing.
Add figs (reserving a few for garnish) and cheese. Add more dressing if desired. Toss. Top with remaining figs.

Thank you so much! I’m not sure which recipe you’re referring to…. we use a variety of tortillas…. we love the Siete Almond Flour tortillas. And we’ve never made our own…
