- Broccoli florettes
- olive oil
- Kosher salt
- In a large bowl mix Broccoli florettes with olive oil, Kosher salt and pepper.
- Lay prepared broccoli on baking sheet.
- Bake at 400° for approx 20 minutes or until tender.
Sunday dinner often doubles as weekly meal prep. Roasted broccoli makes for a yummy side dish and will be repurposed for lunch, snacks and dinner this week.
