- Broccoli florettes
- olive oil
- Kosher salt
- pepper
- In a large bowl mix Broccoli florettes with olive oil, Kosher salt and pepper.
- Lay prepared broccoli on baking sheet.
- Bake at 400° for approx 20 minutes or until tender.

A yummy side dish and the leftovers can be eaten throughout the week.
