- Brussel Sprouts
- Olive oil
- Cut brussel sprouts in half, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast for 30 minutes at 400°.
Seems like every day I’m brussel’in now that Thanksgiving is almost here! Lots to do but the menu is set, and Roasted Brussel Sprouts are definitely happening.
There are many dishes and flavors at Thanksgiving so some we just like to keep simple. While I didn’t like Brussel sprouts until I was an adult, my son loves them like this — crisp, just the right amount of flavor and deliciously addictive!
