Recipe from Two Peas & Their Pod, the only cooking involved is to literally toss the cauliflower and chickpeas with lots of spices (chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt), some fresh lime juice & olive oil and roast them on the same pan for 30 minutes.
Topped with diced avocado, chopped red cabbage, jalapeño and lime crema made with Kite Hill Greek Yogurt, they are high in flavor, the perfect amount of spicy — and so good!
