On the busiest of days, it seems that pasta is the easiest option, or certainly a crowd pleasing one. Today I felt like an uber driver after school so it definitely qualified as a pasta kind of day!
Recipe from Cooking Light, this is simply Gluten-free spaghetti tossed with fresh parsley, sautéed garlic, EVOO and Parmesan cheese. It literally takes no time and is an easy alternative to the classic tomato sauce half my crew opted for.
