This salad recipe is from The Spicy RD. I used kale, red cabbage, mung bean, edamame, green apples, dried cherries and sunflower seeds, all tossed in a light vinaigrette of EVOO, apple cider vinegar and a touch of maple syrup.

Kale-ing it! with this amazing raw foods Super Duper Raw Power Salad. Pretty, fresh and yummy, especially on a summer-like Fall day!
While my son loves kale, edamame and apples, the real reason for this salad is to get in some greens and balance out the pizza he often requests. Last time I made it, my son wanted to try the Everybody Eats NYC pizza crust we had purchased at the Gluten Free and Alergen Friendly Expo — and it was delicious!
