A simple green smoothie everyone will love!

This Sweet Greens Smoothie has been my go to smoothie all summer!

Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, this creamy, delicious smoothie is light and fruity tasting but packed with greens and protein making it nourishing and super satisfying!

Perfect for breakfast, snack or even dessert!

And don’t be fooled by the color, it doesn’t taste super “green”!

So let’s make it!

Here’s what you’ll need:

frozen strawberries

fresh banana (I use only half)

fresh kiwi (or skip and use a full banana but I love the extra nutrients from kiwi!)

almond milk (or milk of choice)

vanilla collagen powder or protein powder of choice (I love Primal Kitchen Collagen Powder – amazon affiliate link)

ground flaxseeds

hemp seeds

fresh baby spinach or kale

And all you do is you do is put all the ingredients in your blender according to your blenders instructions and blend!

Depending on how your blender works, you’ll put frozen ingredients in first or last.

We use a Nutribullet blender (amazon affiliate link) which we just keep on our counter because it is so compact.

After blending, garnish with fresh strawberry, banana or kiwi or just enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ banana *
  • 1 kiwi (peeled) * or skip kiwi and use full banana
  • 1 cup spinach, packed could also use kale or mix of both
  • 1 scoop collagen powder or protein powder we love Primal Kitchen Vanilla Collagen (amazon affiliate link)
  • 1-2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender according to your blender's instructions.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
