- Slice a sweet potato into ¼ in thick slices
- Heat up in the toaster oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
- The topping options are endless: Avocado, hummus and veggies are among my favorites.

Sweet potato toast two ways: one with avocado and radishes, and one with hummus and cucumber. And a big green salad with beets, avocado, cucumber, radishes, pistachios and hemp seeds.
I may be late to the sweet potato toast party but it is never too late to try something this good! It’s a delicious, filling and grain-free alternative worth trying if you haven’t already.
