Warming and refreshing at the same time...
Sometimes in winter, I’m ready for Spring, but it’s still freezing out! One day we woke up to snow showers, so cozying up to a big bowl of homemade soup instead was the perfect plan. This savory Two-Bean-Soup with Tomato-Chive Crostini was warming and refreshing at the same time! And the crostini dipped in soup were amazing! And did I mention that it was ready in 30 minutes?
