Last night’s stir fry dinner was a real win- fresh, flavorful and easy. Snow peas, bok choy, carrots, scallions and tofu in a savory sauce over rice. I was lucky enough to have a bit leftover for lunch today. I’ll definitely be using the sauce recipe again with other veggie stir fries. I also added in some chicken for the boys.
