Banana Chocolate Chip Bars

A cross between banana bread and a blondie, these gluten-free chocolate chip banana bars are a wholesome and satisfying snack or healthier dessert.

- Butter - Mashed banana - Greek yogurt - Gluten-free all purpose flour - Cinnamon

Ingredients:

Perfect for using up ripe bananas, they are moist, soft, flavorful, and so delicious, and they hold together well, making them perfect for grab-and-go, lunches, or picnics.

Prepare an 8-inch-square baking pan and cover it with parchment paper, allowing it to slightly overhang the opposite ends. Set aside.

Mix butter and sugar in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until well combined and creamy.

Add in the egg, banana, yogurt, and vanilla; mix well.

Whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.

Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients until combined (do not overmix).
