Cinnamon Snowball Recipe

A longtime family favorite holiday cookie that's not only Gluten-Free but Vegan optional too! Not too sweet, amazing cinnamon & nutmeg flavor and perfect buttery texture somewhere between chewy and crunchy.

INGREDIENTS

– butter – confectioners sugar – gluten-free all purpose flour – cinnamon – nutmeg

Beat butter until creamy.

In a medium bowl mix the confectioner's sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg with a pastry cutter or fork.

Gradually add flour mixture to the butter. Blend well.

Stir in oats. Blend in vanilla and nuts, mix well (about 5 minutes).

Shape to form small, marble sized balls. Place these on the cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until set.
