Gluten-Free Croutons In a large bowl toss cubed bread, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and toss to coat. Spread on prepared baking sheet so that the bread cubes are not touching.
Bake 10 minutes or until just golden on edges and still very slightly soft in center -- you don't want them too crispy as they will get too hard as they cool.
Caesar Dressing Add all the ingredients to a small blender and blend until creamy. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in a sealed container.
Assemble When ready to serve, in a large bowl, add chopped salad and toss with dressing to taste.
