Combine flour and baking powder in a large bowl.

Add egg and milk. Mix well until smooth.

Stir in salt, pepper, corn and green onions.

Heat olive oil in a large non stick skillet. Drop batter in spoonful onto hot oil to make 5-6 fritters.

Cook approximately 3 minutes, flip and slightly flatten fritters with the back of the spatula.
