Gluten-Free Croutons

This simple recipe will show you how to make gluten-free croutons that are golden and crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside.

- gluten-free baguettes - olive oil - parsley flakes - garlic powder - ground oregano


Quick and easy to make, they are so much better than store bought versions and a perfect add to salads and soups.

Cut the bread into 3/4 inch pieces.

In a large bowl, and toss with olive oil, then add spices and toss.

Place tossed and coated bread cubes in a single layer, not touching, on a baking sheet, and bake.

Then bake for just 10-12 minutes!

They will get crisp and golden but still be tender in the center.
