Gluten-Free Crumb Cake Muffins

The best crumb cake you can imagine in a muffin form! Amazingly soft, moist, buttery gluten-free muffins + a generous amount of brown sugar cinnamon crumb topping.

- butter or dairy-free butter - brown sugar - cinnamon - granulated sugar - gluten-free all purpose flour

Ingredients:

No one will guess they are gluten-free! Nut-Free. Dairy-free optional.

Make the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Crumble. Set aside.

Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Cream the butter and sugar. Add in eggs and vanilla.

Alternately add flour mix and Greek yogurt.

Using a size 16 cookie scoop, approximately 1/4 cup, spoon the batter into muffin tins lined with bakery style muffin liners.
