In a medium bowl, mix all marinade ingredients together with a spoon. Add shrimp and with hands or spoon mix to coat evenly. Cover with saran wrap and let sit for 20-30 minutes.

Preheat grill to 350 degrees F. Immediately before adding shrimp to skewers, run cold water over the skewers if using wooden skewers.

Skewer the shrimp by placing the skewer lengthwise through the body of the shrimp.

Add shrimp skewers to the grill, cover and cook 4 minutes. Using grilling gloves or tongs turn the shrimp over, cook an additional 3 minutes.
