Mexican Chopped Salad

This gluten-free and vegetarian main dish salad is a total crowd pleaser! It's crisp, festive, and delicious on it's own or alongside a protein of choice.

- lime juice - olive oil - honey - cilantro - jalepeno

Honey Lime Vinaigrette It’s made with just 6 ingredients. Lots of fresh lime juice, EVOO, honey, fresh chopped jalapeno, minced garlic, and fresh cilantro. And all you do is whisk it all together!

Place the romaine in a large, shallow bowl or plate.

Top with all the veggies and beans.

Dress with vinaigrette and serve.

Bonus: It can be thrown together in no time!
