Valentine's Day Oreo Truffles

These EASY Gluten-Free Oreo Truffles are a perfect addition to your cookie platter or anytime you want a sweet treat!

- Gluten-Free Oreos - Cream Cheese - Chocolate Chips

Ingredients:

Place all the cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are cookie crumbs.

Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and pulse until a truffle batter forms.

Roll into balls and freeze for 15 mins!

Then all you do dip the cooled truffles in the chocolate, making sure they are fully covered.

If you decide to decorate with sprinkles, place the sprinkles on after the chocolate has started to set but it still warm so that they sprinkles stick.
