Sweet Greens Smoothie

Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, this simple green smoothie is refreshing, protein-packed and so delicious! Despite it's name and color, it doesn't taste "green" thanks to fruit like strawberries, banana, and kiwi. Customizable as always!

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ banana *
  • 1 kiwi (peeled) * or skip kiwi and use full banana
  • 1 cup spinach, packed could also use kale or mix of both
  • 1 scoop collagen powder or protein powder we love Primal Kitchen Vanilla Collagen (amazon affiliate link)
  • 1-2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice


  • Place all ingredients in a blender according to your blender's instructions.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
